Shipping Logistics Coordinator

The successful Shipping Coordinator will play a key role in the planning and execution of shipping operations at EA Industries Limited.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Compilation and Task Organization: Compile orders and instructions received from customers and organize tasks to accomplish the work
  • Operational Logistics: Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Work Order Tracking: Track and complete work orders in a timely manner
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Reporting and Record Keeping: Prepare and submit reports, maintain work records and logs, and ensure accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries

Work Environment and Requirements: This is a fast-paced environment that requires working under pressure with tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will possess excellent oral communication skills, be organized and reliable, and have the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Work Term and Hours: This is a permanent position with 30-40 hours of work per week.
