About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at First Choice Supermarket & Halal Meat. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for preparing and cutting meat for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cutting and Preparing Meat: Cut carcasses, sides, and quarters to prepare standard cuts of meat.
  • Meat Processing: Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting.
  • Wrapping and Packaging: Wrap and package prepared meats for customer sale.
  • Meat Removal: Remove bones from meat to prepare for cutting and sale.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Availability: Available for shift or on-call work.
  • Language: English.
