Job Summary

JSJ Investments Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the culinary operations of our establishment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Establish and implement effective work schedules to meet business demands
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Culinary Operations
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Prepare and submit regular reports to management
    • Communicate effectively with staff, management, and customers
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
