We're seeking a talented Banking Advisor to join our team at National Bank.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a keen interest in personal banking. As a Banking Advisor, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their financial goals and making informed decisions about their money.

Key Responsibilities
  • Listen to clients' needs and provide personalized advice on personal and small business banking products and services.
  • Support clients through the mortgage renewal or renegotiation process and ensure they are aware of all available options.
  • Work closely with colleagues to refer clients to specialist teams for specific needs.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules to maintain a high level of client satisfaction and engagement.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work well under pressure, and possess a strong understanding of personal banking products and services.

You should also be able to hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent and obtain a mutual fund representative (MFR) licence within three months of hiring.
