We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Holder to join our team at MAC Scarborough Town Center. As a Key Holder, you will play a vital role in supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, modeling the behaviors that the sales team needs to demonstrate to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Use your retail expertise to carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store on a rota basis.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to sales team members to help them achieve their full potential.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve business objectives and maintain a positive and inclusive store environment.
Requirements:
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, with a focus on coaching and mentoring.
- Ability to work a variable schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
We offer a competitive hourly rate, ranging from $19.40 to $29.15, depending on qualifications, skills, and experience. In addition, we provide a range of benefits, including health insurance, wellness programs, and education-related initiatives.
