Nurse Practitioner

DaVita is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality patient care in a hospital setting. As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
About the Role:This position will support Robert Wood Johnson Hospital in New Brunswick and Rahway. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. No dialysis experience is required, and training may take place in a facility or a training facility other than your assigned home facility.
Responsibilities:- Deliver care to patients with multiple co-morbidities, requiring unique treatment plans and a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge.
- Oversee a group of patients with the support of PCTs to conduct patient observations, measuring stats, and machine setup.
- Work in a dynamic environment, providing specialty nephrology care within various settings, including ICU, CCU, ED, and more.
- Provide lifesaving care during regularly scheduled and on-call shifts, with schedules varying by hospital system.
- Collaborate with the hospital and DaVita team to deliver high-quality patient care.

- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
