Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Curriculum Coverage Teacher to join our team at the Durham Catholic District School Board. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing instructional support to students in a variety of subjects and grade levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans and instructional materials to support student learning
- Provide one-on-one and small group instruction to students who require additional support
- Collaborate with teachers and other educational staff to develop and implement curriculum plans
- Assist with the development and implementation of assessments and evaluations to measure student progress
- Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student progress and provide support as needed
Requirements:
- Certification in good standing from the Ontario College of Teachers
- Primary/Junior and/or Junior/Intermediate Basic Qualifications
- French as a Second Language Part 1 Required
