Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary regional rehabilitation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, treating, and consulting with clients in various settings, including acute care, outpatient, and community settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat clients with communication and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Consult with healthcare professionals and families to provide education and support
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of rehabilitation programs
- Provide clinical supervision and training to students and provisional members
Requirements:
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Manitoba
- Eligible for membership with Speech-Language and Audiology Canada
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and email
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
