Construction Labourer

At Jardeg-Construction, we are currently seeking a skilled Labourer to join our Trinity Project team in Toronto. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a dynamic project with a reputable company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating the man/material hoist to ensure efficient site operations
  • Performing general site cleanup and housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe working environment
  • Assisting with rough carpentry work, fence installation, shoring, dewatering, and snow removal
  • Reviewing work areas for damages and deficiencies
  • Assisting with concrete formwork and stripping formwork

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in the construction industry
  • Must have safety tickets: WHMIS, Working at Heights Ticket, and 4 Step Safety Certificate
  • Able to lift 50 lbs regularly and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Capable of learning through on-the-job training and adapting to new situations
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to work in a team environment
