Marketing Manager Role Summary

At Amazon, we are committed to building innovative solutions that help businesses thrive. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for generating demand for our B2B business across various customer segments. You will work closely with sales, product, and analytics teams to drive activation across acquisition, engagement, and lead generation. Your primary goal will be to own the top-of-funnel demand generation strategy, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads into the pipeline. To achieve this, you will oversee the creation and execution of high-impact digital campaigns, including website, display, social media, and email marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns to hit plan, leveraging your expertise in creative concept development and tactical execution.
• Partner with external agencies to support campaign asset creation and execution as needed.
• Design and execute A/B tests to continually improve campaign performance.
• Own reporting performance metrics on a quarterly basis to leadership, developing and championing bold and creative ideas to drive growth.

A Day in the Life

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing marketing campaigns using Amazon internal tools, managing campaigns to drive acquisition, engagement, and lead generation initiatives, and meeting with sales, central marketing team, and external agencies on a regular basis. You will also be responsible for preparing weekly performance reports and developing and championing bold and creative ideas to drive growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience, with a proven track record of building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
• Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
• Analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn, and iterate to get the best results possible.
• Not afraid to try new things – driven to constantly improve results.
• Ability to thrive in a self-service environment with superior oral and written communication skills and an innate attention to detail.
