Job Title: Stucco Plasterer

New Generation Plastering Inc. is seeking a skilled Stucco Plasterer to join our team. As a Stucco Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying, leveling, and smoothing coats of plaster to ensure a smooth and even finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply, level, and smooth coats of plaster to walls and ceilings
  • Clean and prepare surfaces for plaster application
  • Smooth out excess compound and allow coat to dry
  • Work at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the field
  • Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
