Job Description

Global Pharma Tek is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the Accounts Payable Automation Project. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in project management, with a focus on automation and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of the Accounts Payable Automation Project, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize automation opportunities, and develop business cases to support project proposals.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, and provide regular updates to senior management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on automation and process improvement.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Postgraduate degree in a related field, such as business administration or computer science.
  • Professional certifications, such as PMP or PgMP.
  • Experience working in a pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
