Marketing Director Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to join our team at Richmond Anti-Aging Clinic and SkinArt MD Clinic. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive business growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Promotional Materials

Design and create engaging promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content, to effectively communicate our brand message and services.

Hire, Train, Direct, and Motivate Staff

Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and expertise needed to succeed.

Plan and Control Budget and Expenditures

Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve business objectives and maximize return on investment.

Direct and Evaluate Establishments and Departments

Oversee the development and implementation of communication strategies and information programs, evaluating their effectiveness and making recommendations for improvement.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

5 years or more of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans.

Budgetary Responsibility

$500,001 - $1,500,000.

Computer and Technology Knowledge

Proficient in MS Office and other marketing software applications.

Area of Specialization

Advertising, Market Research, and Sales.

Personal Suitability

Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, initiative, and judgement.
