Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies across multiple locations and levels, including field-level staff, maintenance, and management roles. This position involves proactively sourcing candidates, fostering relationships with hiring managers and community partners, and optimizing recruitment and hiring processes to meet organizational needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions across multiple locations and organizational levels.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, assess hiring strategies, and ensure successful recruitment outcomes.
- Tailor and optimize recruiting strategies using market insights, automated tools, and proactive sourcing.
- Lead or contribute to special recruitment projects and initiatives. Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Sourcing and Candidate Development:
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with experience in corporate, agency, or military recruitment a plus. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter is required. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, are also essential. The candidate should be fully Bilingual in French & English and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on relationship-building and customer service. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of integrity and confidentiality is a must.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
