Job Summary

As a Merchandise Processing Associate, you'll create an awesome experience for our customers, donors, and team members by processing merchandise, maintaining inventory, and upholding our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Process and prepare merchandise for sale, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized store environment
