At SAIDOKE BROS RENOVATION LTD., we are seeking a skilled Floor Covering Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing floor coverings, including carpeting, resilient flooring, and underlay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and measure surfaces to be covered
  • Read blueprints and specifications to determine work requirements
  • Measure, cut, and fasten underlay and underpadding
  • Install carpeting and resilient floor coverings
  • Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings
  • Prepare floors for installations
  • Remove existing floor coverings and contaminants
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in the field
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Strong judgment and organizational skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of tasks and responsibilities. They will be required to work in a physically demanding environment, bending, crouching, and kneeling as needed.
