Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pita Pit. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our food is prepared to the highest standards, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation
  • Manage inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service or hospitality role
  • Proven track record of success in a supervisory or management position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
