**Description of the Job**

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Halliwell Consulting Corp.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining plant programs related to GMAW, spot welding, and projection welding cells. This includes managing new projects and equipment from design to production phases, ensuring maximum production quantity and quality and support for repair.

Main Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance.
  • Analyze and resolve equipment-related issues and develop solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize work and ensure project success.
  • Research and propose cost-effective equipment modifications to improve machine reliability and productivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years hands-on engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of computer-based machine control systems and CAD software.
