About the Role:

GOLD MARVEL CONSTRUCTION INC. is seeking a skilled Artistic Craftsman to join our team. As an Artistic Craftsman, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and sanding surfaces to be painted, repairing cracks and holes, and mixing paint to the desired color and texture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted
  • Repair cracks and holes
  • Mix paint to desired color and texture
  • Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls
  • Advise consumers on colors and choice of wall coverings
  • Erect scaffolding and swing stages and attach rigging
  • Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces
  • Estimate costs and materials

Requirements:

  • Steel-toed safety boots
  • Hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to distinguish between colors
  • Physically demanding
  • Flexibility
  • Reliability
  • Team player

Work Environment:

This is a permanent position with 35 to 40 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
