About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Sales Leadership Expert to join our team as a Channel Manager-Sales. In this role, you will lead, motivate, and develop a high-performance team of inside sales professionals focused on the small business market.
You will develop and cultivate relationships with our TELUS Digital teams, located internationally, to drive sales performance for TELUS' business products. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for customers, people, sales, and success. This role requires strong leadership skills, a willingness to travel, and the ability to communicate effectively across different cultural contexts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-performing teams of sales agents who close new business while managing the lifecycle of the customer through retention activities.
- Foster and develop effective partnerships and relationships through collaboration, problem-solving, and innovation.
- Drive strategic change to enhance performance and raise the bar on all aspects of day-to-day operations.
- Provide accurate, relevant, and timely management information on performance metrics to facilitate effective business planning, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Develop and drive new processes and techniques to continually raise the bar on Customer Experience, sales performance, and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of sales and/or marketing experience.
- Minimum 2 years of sales leadership experience.
- Experience in working in a contact center environment either in an Operations and/or Account management role is preferred.
- Bachelor of Commerce or Business Administration or equivalent sales and industry experience.
