About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Client Service Representative to join our team at the Family Maintenance Enforcement Program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, meeting our high standards of service delivery.
- Listen effectively to clients, ask probing questions to understand their needs, and provide solutions to their concerns.
- Compose clear and concise responses to client emails, phone calls, and mail inquiries, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to our policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve client issues and provide support as needed.
Requirements
- A high school diploma is required; post-secondary education is considered an asset.
- Strong MS Office skills and proficient keyboarding and data entry skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, utilize effective conflict resolution skills, and build rapport with clients and colleagues.
