Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Continuing Care Assistant to join our team at the Wascana Rehabilitation Centre in Regina. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting clients with their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

Job Summary

This part-time regular position involves providing personal care and daily living support to clients. You will work independently to encourage optimum functioning and provide assistance with activities of daily living.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a Continuing Care Assistant certificate (CCA) and possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. You should also be able to work independently and be able to lift 25 kg.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $23.170 to $24.840 per hour, based on a 3-step range. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health and dental insurance, as well as a pension plan.

Working Conditions

This position requires working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. You will be required to work days, nights, evenings, weekends, and stat holidays, with an estimated 90 hours per 3 weeks. A valid driver's license is not required for this position.
