Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Investigator to lead our investigative team. This role involves organizing case files, reviewing applicable documents, and creating investigation plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collecting necessary documents from relevant parties;
  • Conducting interviews and research, analyzing data, and communicating results;
  • Liaising with Managers, Investigators, and Colleagues;
  • Drafting correspondence and settlement proposals, facilitating settlements, and maintaining case files;
  • Contributing to policy updates and staying up-to-date with industry trends;
  • Participating in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills;
  • Developing policies and procedures in collaboration with the organization.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in banking and securities in a legal and regulatory environment;
  • Relevant legal experience is an asset;
  • Strong professionalism, judgment, communication, and analytical skills;
  • Solid time management abilities;
  • Excellent interviewing and research skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team dynamic;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database applications;
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
