Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement maintenance and engineering strategies to ensure optimal equipment availability and performance.
  • Manage and coordinate maintenance programs, including preventative and corrective maintenance, to meet production needs.
  • Lead and motivate a team of maintenance and engineering professionals to achieve high levels of productivity and quality.
  • Drive continuous improvements to processes and equipment to increase productivity, quality, and profitability.
  • Manage and control maintenance budgets to ensure all purchases remain within established limits.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Degree in mechanical, industrial, or electrical engineering.
  • Five to seven years of progressive maintenance experience, as well as plant engineering experience in the food or chemical industry.
