About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive communicator who can develop audience-centric marketing content strategies to drive high volumes of expressions of interest across multiple markets. You will work closely with our sourcing team to create engaging ad campaigns that meet customer requirements and expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Advertising Efforts: Develop and execute targeted advertising strategies to scale across 22+ markets.
  • Manage Expressions of Interest: Oversee the number of expressions of interest across all markets, ensuring timely and effective management.
  • Hiring Metrics: Track key hiring metrics, including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire, to inform data-driven decision making.
  • Negotiation Skills: Effectively negotiate with web-based advertisers, print media, and social media advertisers to secure optimal ROI.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sourcing administrators to ensure seamless processing of applicants and onboarding of new talent.
  • Compliance: Collaborate with the global Sourcing Lead and legal partners to ensure all adverts and practices comply with local market legislation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
  • 0-2+ Years of Progressive Technical Sourcing/Recruiting Experience
  • CTS/ATS Experience with Sourcing, Tracking, and Managing Candidates
  • MS Office 365 and Azure Experience
  • Ability to Proactively Network and Establish Effective Working Relationships
