Video Conferencing Assistant Position

We are seeking a qualified Video Conferencing Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide technical support for video conferencing equipment and assist instructors with academic and student-related matters.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Set up and troubleshoot video conferencing equipment as needed.
  • Collaborate with instructors to ensure a smooth and successful learning environment.
  • Monitor student activity during exams and other course work.
  • Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:



  • Post-secondary education.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
