About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Vice President to join our team at MERK AUTOMATION TECH LTD. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and maximum impact.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Business Objectives: Establish clear objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs that align with our strategic vision.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Talent Acquisition: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions to drive business success.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning to ensure efficient operations.
  • Work Environment: Ensure a positive and productive work environment, with a focus on work-life balance, by maintaining a 35-40 hour workweek and promoting a culture of well-being.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a senior marketing role.
Language

English is the primary language of communication in this role.
