The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in project management, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality control. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing project contracts, budgets, and costs.
  • Coordinating the procurement of materials and equipment.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations.
  • Developing and implementing quality control measures.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and consultants.
  • Visiting sites to coordinate project logistics and schedules.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
  • A 4-year degree from a recognized architectural, engineering program, or construction management preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office package.
