Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team in Calgary. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for our temporary staffing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment Coordination: Collaborate with our dispatch team to identify recruitment needs and develop candidate selection criteria.
- Candidate Sourcing: Conduct resume screening, interviews, and coordinate pre-employment testing to ensure the best fit for our clients.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong network of active and passive candidates to meet our recruitment needs.
- Job Posting and Tracking: Post job openings and manage our applicant tracking system to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Candidate Onboarding: Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience.
- Recruitment Data Management: Maintain data on weekly recruitment and hiring activity to inform our recruitment strategy.
- Education: High school diploma or post-secondary diploma in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: Previous experience in recruiting trades or multi-discipline professionals is an asset.
- Skills: Proficient in sourcing platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed, with familiarity with job boards, HR software, and applicant tracking systems.
- Recruitment Skills: Experience in full-cycle recruiting, including various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and process orientation.
- Communication Skills: Strong computer, interpersonal, and communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Team Player: Positive attitude and a commitment to the success of our business.
