Senior Animator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Animator to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a Senior Animator, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, realistic character animations for in-game cinematics, working closely with directors and leads to achieve the desired storytelling and performance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement high-complexity animations for in-game cinematics, ensuring they meet artistic and technical standards.
- Collaborate with directors and leads to refine animations and achieve desired storytelling and performance.
- Mentor junior and mid animators, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative and growth-focused environment.
- Work closely with narrative, audio, VFX, and technical teams to ensure animations support storytelling and qualitative objectives.
- Contribute to planning performance capture sessions and ensure assets are ready for shoot.
- 10+ years of experience as a cinematic animator for in-game content.
- Expertise in animation software such as Maya, Motion Builder, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of character animation, timing, and storytelling.
- Experience with motion capture data and techniques.
- Previous experience working on AAA games with narrative content such as cinematics or scripted events.
