As a key member of the Sun Life Financial Distributors (SLFD) channel, you will be responsible for contributing to the company's individual life and health sales goals by providing complex case and sales strategy support to advisors.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in individual life and health insurance products, sales concepts and strategies, and competitive information to drive sales growth and success in the Mid-West region. You will work closely with Financial Advisors and their regional teams to identify sales opportunities and recommend solutions using advanced knowledge of Sun Life Financial products and complex sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert support to SLFD Advisors in the Mid-West and across Canada regarding large and/or complex cases and competitive situations
  • Foster strong relationships with Financial Advisors and their regional teams to drive sales growth and success
  • Develop and deliver training programs focused on advanced concepts and strategies for Financial Advisors
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth placement of business and excellent customer service
