Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Development Manager to join our team at BMO. As a key member of our Customer Solutions group, you will be responsible for defining and implementing product development, sales, and marketing strategies for our insurance products and portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Development: Develop and implement product development strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the insurance industry.
  • Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitors' products and services to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and launch new products and services.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and launch.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to stakeholders on product performance and market trends.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in product development, marketing, or a related field.
  • Education: Post-secondary degree in a related field of study.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a deep understanding of the insurance industry.
