Position Overview

We're seeking a Senior Technology Program Manager to lead Agile methodologies and drive positive change across our Product & Engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of the Scrum framework and be able to coordinate people and projects to deliver value and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex projects/programs involving stakeholders from different disciplines.
  • Define program goals, communicate project progress and status, manage dependencies, track and mitigate risk.
  • Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and team members.
  • Mentor and coach teams and less senior program managers to ensure process adherence.

Required Experience/Skills:

  • 5-7 years' experience in a Scrum master role.
  • Manage delivery teams to meet key milestones, identifying risks and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Proficiency in Project Management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Atlassian suite (JIRA/Confluence), TFS etc.).
  • Experience in delivering projects in an agile environment.
  • Strong skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, increasing transparency, and measuring success and value delivered.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytic, and time management skills working in a fast-paced environment.
