Job Title: Solution Architect

We are seeking a skilled Solution Architect to join our team at Maplesoft Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in guiding and advising our developers in their work, providing mentoring, guidance, and knowledge sharing to help them grow their technical skills and ensure coding standards are followed.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality solutions.
  2. Contribute to solution architecture and design, making key decisions on technologies, frameworks, and tools selection.
  3. Document significant architecture decisions and communicate them to stakeholders, ensuring that documentation is created and maintained for architecture, design, development, and deployment processes.
  4. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including business SMEs, business sponsors, product owners, scrum masters, and other technical teams, to ensure technical decisions are taken and documented.
  5. Author architecture decisions, identifying the best compromise to address business needs while considering TCO, business implications, and technical implications.
