Change Management Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Strategist to join our team at S I Systems. As an expert in change management, you will be responsible for developing and implementing plans to ensure a seamless transition of our clients' projects.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of successfully managing change initiatives. You will work closely with our project teams to identify areas where change is needed and develop strategies to address these challenges.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating impact assessments, building change networks, conducting ADKAR assessments, measuring change readiness, and building and executing associated plans. Your expertise in PROSCI Change Management Certification or ACMP certification will be invaluable in driving successful outcomes for our clients.

You will also be responsible for creating communication strategies and stakeholders' engagement plans to ensure that all parties are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.

The successful candidate will have excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, as well as proficiency in creating change management plans and communicating complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
