Position Overview

Williams and White Machine Inc. is seeking a dedicated Marketing Communications Specialist to enhance our outreach and engagement strategies. This role is essential for promoting our brand and connecting with our audience effectively.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college diploma or certificate program lasting 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute various events aimed at publicity, fundraising, and information dissemination.
  • Manage the creation of public-facing written content.
  • Draft reports, briefs, and website content to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Address inquiries from the business community regarding development opportunities.
  • Conduct comparative analysis of marketing strategies for industrial and commercial offerings.
  • Provide guidance to clients on advertising and promotional strategies.
  • Assist in the development of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Coordinate special promotional events and campaigns.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with media representatives.
  • Perform analytical studies to assess marketing effectiveness.
  • Create a comprehensive portfolio of marketing materials.
  • Engage in online marketing, e-commerce, and website promotions.
  • Formulate effective marketing strategies.
  • Oversee the maintenance and management of a digital database.
  • Plan and direct advertising and marketing initiatives.
