Master Electrician

We're seeking a skilled Master Electrician to join our team in Kingston, ON. As a trusted provider of home services and energy efficient solutions, Reliance Home Comfort is committed to delivering exceptional experiences for customers and team members alike.

This is an hourly paid position with a competitive salary of $45-$60 per hour, depending on experience. • Diagnose and repair electrical problems in domestic electrical systems, including fault-finding, panel changes, generator installation, knob and tube removal, and home rewiring.
• Accurately estimate repair costs and provide value-added communication with homeowners.
• Set priorities and work assignments to meet established deadlines.
• Perform diagnostics, repair, maintain, service, and install equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
• Adhere to all safety rules and procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Educate customers on electrical work in homes and explain the value of Reliance products, services, and programs.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A growth mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• A certification as an electrician and a 309A or 309C license.
• 5+ years' experience as an electrician, preferably with a master's license.
• Registration with the Ontario College of Trades and a clean driver's abstract.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and outstanding customer service skills.
