Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Planner to join our team at Marjolaine Dion C.O. et RH. As a key member of our financial services group, you will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze clients' financial records to identify areas for improvement and develop personalized financial plans.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine clients' financial requirements and provide recommendations for cash management, insurance coverage, investment planning, retirement, and estate planning.
  • Develop and implement customized financial plans that meet clients' unique needs and goals.
  • Maintain open communication with clients throughout the planning process to ensure they are informed and engaged.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Benefits:
