Commercial Director

Kepler Communications is seeking a seasoned Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful commercial strategies in the satellite communication industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Craft and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Develop a product strategy that aligns with company goals and market trends, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch support.
- Review market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and risks, driving product differentiation and innovation.
- Champion the voice of the customer, ensuring products meet customer needs and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to explore new markets, services, and delivery methods.
- Build and lead a high-performing commercial team, offering mentorship and growth opportunities.
- Ensure seamless execution of commercial strategies through effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- ~8+ years of experience in a senior commercial leadership role with a proven track record of driving sales growth and market expansion in satellite communication or similar technology field.
- Strong experience in developing and executing successful commercial strategies.
- Proven experience in marketing, mergers, acquisitions, and business development.
- Strong understanding of S. and international market dynamics.
