Key Responsibilities
  • Grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to size, shape, colour and volume to maximize market value.
  • Clean and maintain greenhouses to ensure optimal growing conditions.
  • Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops to promote healthy growth and high yields.
  • Fertilize and spray crops to prevent pests and diseases.
  • Harvest crops at the optimal time to ensure quality and freshness.
  • Load, unload and transfer crates, supplies and farm produce, livestock and poultry safely and efficiently.
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Examine products for quality and readiness for market.
Requirements
  • Will train on the job.
