Autoplan Insurance Agent

Sussex Insurance is seeking a highly skilled Autoplan Insurance Agent to join our team at our Courtenay Ryan Road location. As a Level 2 agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and handling all aspects of ICBC insurance, including first response to clients, batching, ordering, stock reconciliation, and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on ICBC insurance products and services
- Process and manage client transactions, including batching and ordering
- Maintain accurate records and perform stock reconciliation and inventory control
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Strong knowledge of ICBC insurance products and services
- At least 2 years of experience in Autoplan insurance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
