We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pump Specialist Lead to join our team at Pump Tech Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through technical sales, account management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell Pump Tech products and services to customers in the industrial field.
  • BUILD strong relationships with major Canadian distributors and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and commitments.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in technical sales, account management, and customer service.
  • Strong technical knowledge of pumping products and systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and account management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
