Master Flo Valve Inc. is a leading global company seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operations Manager to lead our Canadian operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement short- and long-term strategies to drive business growth and optimize shareholder value.
  • Lead the Edmonton Management Team in executing their functions and deliver budgeted profit and loss commitments.
  • Establish key performance indicators and monitor progress to ensure the company's goals are achieved.
  • Liaise closely with Sales Executives to drive sales growth and expand key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • University graduate from a related program (Engineering, Business, Accounting).
  • Proven track record of providing strategic vision and direction.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify and monitor key performance indicators.
  • Excellent analytical skills, particularly with respect to finance and accounting.
