Job Title: Food Service Supervisor Leader

At Tim Hortons (10 Westwind Dr, Spruce Grove), we are seeking a skilled and motivated Food Service Supervisor Leader to join our team.

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure quality control standards are met
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Or equivalent experience
Working Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment.
