Zabiha Foods Ltd. DBA Zabiha Food is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts payable/receivable.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Payroll Administration: Process payroll, including calculating and preparing cheques, and maintaining employee records.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts, including bank statements and credit card statements.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma in a related field.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
