We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Lead Optometrist to join our team at Oscar Wylee Pty. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional eye care services to our patients and contributing to the growth and development of our practice.

About the Role
  • Provide high-quality eye care services to patients, including comprehensive eye exams, contact lens fittings, and medical treatments.
  • Lead and mentor a team of optometrists and support staff to ensure excellent patient care and a positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement clinical protocols and procedures to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
  • Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to promote our services and products to patients and the wider community.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
