Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Bus Operator to join our team. As a Bus Operator, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a positive experience for all riders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a bus safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to passenger inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the bus, reporting any issues to the maintenance team.
  • Work collaboratively with other drivers and staff to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Hold a valid Class BZ driver's license and have at least two years of driving and customer service experience.
  • Have a Grade 12 education or equivalent.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Obtain a satisfactory pre-health assessment and vulnerable police records check.
