Automotive Parts Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Parts Representative to join our team at Lordco Auto Parts. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, recommending aftermarket auto parts and accessories, and working collaboratively with colleagues to source and deliver solutions for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service experience, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all customers.
- Utilize your automotive knowledge to recommend and sell aftermarket auto parts and accessories, meeting customer needs and exceeding sales targets.
- Work closely with colleagues to source, order, and deliver the right solutions for our customers, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Continuously develop and expand your automotive knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest products and technologies.
- Perform a variety of tasks throughout the store to ensure the team's success, including receiving and stocking inventory, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of automotive and/or sales experience preferred, or currently enrolled in a post-secondary automotive program.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive manner in person and over the phone.
- Basic automotive knowledge is considered an asset, but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift items up to 50lbs.
