About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to join our E-commerce team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategic evolution of our mobile applications and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, owning product management, defining goals and KPIs, building relationships, and championing customer understanding.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with IT, E-commerce, CRM, analytics, and marketing stakeholders to drive business value.
- Owning the end-to-end management of your product, including maintaining robust backlog and prioritizing features, enhancements, and bugs.
- Defining clear goals and KPIs in collaboration with business owners and continuously monitoring performance.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with the Product, Technology, Creative, and Marketing teams.
- Leading feature development from concept to launch and maintaining a strong sense of urgency around addressing and resolving critical bugs and issues.
- Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and introducing new and impactful ways of working to enhance team productivity and collaboration.
- Advocating and driving adherence to best practices in accessibility, security, and compliance standards throughout product development.
