Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and caring Child Care Live-In Caregiver to join our team at CANADA INC. as a permanent employee. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to our family members, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assume full responsibility for household management in the absence of parents, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all family members.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized home.
  • Travel with the family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties.
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Discipline children according to the parents' requested methods, ensuring a positive and respectful environment.
  • Keep accurate records of daily activities and health information regarding children.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering dietary needs and preferences.
  • Supervise and care for children, engaging in activities that promote their cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children, providing comfort and support when needed.
  • Work a regular schedule of 30-40 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate family needs.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and care for children.
Language

English is the primary language spoken in the household, and the successful candidate must be fluent in English.
